FINAL APPROVAL ORDER granting 126 MOTION for Final Approval of Settlement, Attorneys' Fees, and Service Award and as further directed and set forth more fully herein; the Settlement Class provisionally certified by the Court's 120 Order entered 8/31/2018 is made FINAL and APPROVED; all Class claims of the Plaintiff and the Class Members in this action are DISMISSED on the merits and with prejudice as to the Settling Defendant; the Court to retain jurisdiction over this actio n for the purpose of interpretation and enforcement of the Settlement Agreement, including oversight of settlement administration and distribution of settlement funds, and for further proceedings concerning the Nonsettling Defendant; in accordanc e with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(b), there being no just reason for delay, the Court directs entry of a final judgment as to the matters determined by this opinion and Order.
