MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. The Court accepts and incorporates the 17 Proposed Findings and Recommendations by Magistrate Judge Eifert. The Court grants the plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings, denies defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings, reverses the decision of the commissioner, and, remands this matter pursuant to sentence four of 42:405(g) for further administrative proceedings on the issue of weight to be given to the opinions of claimant's treating health care providers.
