Plaintiffs' motion to compel having been granted, the Court orders defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company to designate its Rule 30(b)(6) representativ es and to supply taht designation to plaintiffs no later than 5:00 PM today (2/22/2011.) Plaintiffs' request for an award of the costs associated with filing their motion to compel shall be held in abeyance at this time. Plaintiffs shall have 14 days from the date of entry of this order in which to supply the Court with an affidavit setting forth the expenses incurred and any supporting argument and citations.
