She states that discovery will be needed, therefore they are requesting an April motion date. Attorney Bellin states they do not intend to appeal at this point. Attorney Fox suggests a trial date after June. He agrees that discovery would be needed as to the scope of employment issue. The Court comments on the facts in dispute. The Court schedules the following dates: Motions due: April 12, 2012 Plaintiff’s experts due: May 1,2 012 Defendants’ experts due: July 1, 2012 Final Pretrial Conference: September 7, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. Jury Trial: September 24, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. Motions in Limine due: August 17, 2012, response due August 30, 2012, reply due September 4, 2012. The Court refers the parties to the local rules regarding pretrial reports.
