DECISION AND ORDER
T h e Defendants filed an emergency motion to stay discovery pending the o u tc o m e of summary judgment motions. They cite Civil Local Rule 7(h), but contrary to the R u le have not designated their motion as a "Civil L.R. 7(h) Expedited Non-Dispositive M o tio n ." The motion relates in part to depositions scheduled for tomorrow March 16, th ro u g h Thursday, March 18, 2010, which necessitates a prompt ruling. The motion is denied
