R e la tio n s Act of 1947, as amended, as well as the Employee Retirement Income S e c u rity Act of 1974, as amended, and the effective collective bargaining a g re e m e n ts by failing to pay fringe benefit contributions on behalf of its employees to the Plaintiff Funds.

T h e court assesses the total damages in favor of the plaintiffs and

a g a in s t the defendant Solofra Plumbing & Heating, Inc., in the sum of $24,619.03.
