IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF WISCONSIN BEVERLY STAYART, a/k/a BEV STAYART, an individual, Plaintiff, v. GOOGLE, INC., A Delaware corporation, Defendant. CONSENTED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT The defendant, Google, Inc., moves the Court for a 21-day extension of the deadline for Google, Inc. to respond to the complaint. The reason for the requested extension is that Google's counsel for this case has been recently engaged and needs time to evaluate the case and prepare potential defenses. Google's response is currently due May 13, 2010. If the requested extension is granted, Google's response to the complaint will be due by June 3, 2010. This request is made in good faith and not to cause undue delay. Plaintiff, Beverly Stayart, through counsel, has consented to the extension. No brief or other supporting documents will be filed with this motion. A proposed order is attached and will be emailed to the Court.
