NOKIA CORPORATION AND NOKIA INC.'S MOTION TO COMPEL Plaintiff and counterclaim defendants Nokia Corporation and Nokia Inc. ("Nokia") hereby move this Court, pursuant to Rule 37 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, for an Order compelling defendant and counterclaim-plaintiff Apple Inc. ("Apple") to designate one or more individuals to provide deposition testimony on Topics 25 and 26 of Nokia's Rule 30(b)(6) Notice of Deposition. In support of this Motion, Nokia has filed the accompanying supporting memorandum which sets forth counsel's attempt to resolve this issue without court intervention. WHEREFORE, Nokia respectfully requests that this Court enter an order granting its Motion to Compel, awarding it attorneys' fees and costs and granting Nokia such further relief as this Court deems appropriate.
