APPLE INC.'S MOTION FOR LEAVE TO FILE SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM IN SUPPORT OF ITS MOTION TO TRANSFER VENUE TO THE DISTRICT OF DELAWARE Apple has moved to transfer this case to the District of Delaware. (Dkt. No. 12.) That motion was fully briefed as of July 30, 2010. Nokia sought leave to file a supplemental memorandum in opposition to the motion to transfer on November 3, 2010. (Dkt. No. 50.) Apple now seeks leave to file a brief response to Nokia's supplemental memorandum. Apple's response is attached as Exhibit A.
