STIPULATED MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO COMPLAINT

Plaintiff Nokia Corporation and Defendant Apple Inc., through counsel, have agreed to extend the time for Apple to respond to the complaint by 31 days, making Apple's response due Monday, June 28, 2010. The parties understand and expect that this extension will not otherwise affect the schedule of this litigation, and they specifically request that the preliminary pretrial conference not be delayed as a result of this extension. Accordingly, the parties respectfully request that the Court extend the deadline for Apple to respond to the complaint to June 28, 2010 and that it set the date of the preliminary pretrial conference.
