On August 9, 2010, I granted plaintiff's request to proceed in f o r m a pauperis in this action. I gave plaintiff the opportunity to submit more information that s h o w e d that he has obtained a final decision from the commissioner on an application for social s e c u r it y benefits. He has submitted th this information. Therefore, his complaint and summons w ill be forwarded to the United States M a r s h a l for service upon the defendant M ic h a e l Astrue.
