Linda Hackbarth, Sarah Goetsch, Karla Huber, Aspirus, Inc., Aspirus VNA Home Health,
Inc., Aspirus VNA Extended Care, Inc. and Barbara Moskonas Austin granting their motions
to dismiss and for summary judgment and this case is dismissed.
