UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT WESTERN DISTRICT OF WISCONSIN APPLE INC., Plaintiff, v. MOTOROLA, INC. and MOTOROLA MOBILITY, INC., Defendants. UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR THREE DAY EXTENSION OF TIME TO ANSWER OR OTHERWISE RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF'S FIRST AMENDED COMPLAINT Defendants Motorola, Inc. and Motorola Mobility, Inc., by their undersigned attorneys, respectfully request that this Court grant them a three day extension of time, or until December 23, 2010, to answer or otherwise respond to Plaintiff Apple, Inc.'s First Amended Complaint. The original Complaint in this action asserted infringement of three patents; the Amended Complaint asserts infringement of fifteen patents. This three day extension is requested in light of the additional complexity of responding to the Amended Complaint and because of conflicting obligations of counsel. Defendants do not expect that this three day extension of time will adversely or materially affect the progress of litigation in this case. Defendants are authorized to state that counsel for Plaintiff have no objection to the three day requested extension. Case No. 10-CV-662
