APPLE'S NOTICE REGARDING COST SHIFTING Plaintiffs Apple Inc. and NeXT Software, Inc. (collectively "Apple") provide this notice regarding the shifting of costs pursuant to the Court's March 8, 2011 order (Dkt. No. 68) (denying the defendants' motion to stay discovery and granting the plaintiffs' motion to compel). The parties have reached an agreement concerning the costs to be shifted pursuant to the Court's order. Accordingly, provided that payment is made, the cost shifting issue is resolved without additional submissions from the parties or further action from the Court.
