PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Western District of Wisconsin Local Rule 1
(LR 83.5), Defendants Motorola, Inc. and Motorola Mobility, Inc., by their attorneys, Reinhart
Boerner Van Deuren s.c., by Lisa Nester Kass, hereby move the Court for an Order admitting
Attorney Robert W. Stone pro hac vice.

Movant Lisa Nester Kass is licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin, and

is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of
Wisconsin.
2.

Attorney Robert W. Stone is an attorney practicing with the law firm of Quinn

Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP.
3.

Attorney Robert W. Stone is a member in good standing of the State Bar of

California.

The law firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP has been retained to

represent Defendants Motorola, Inc. and Motorola Mobility, Inc. as lead counsel in this case.

The law firm of Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. has been retained as local counsel on behalf
of Defendants Motorola, Inc. and Motorola Mobility, Inc.
