defendants:
(1) denying plaintiff Frederick A. Puent leave to proceed and dismissing his
claims against Dan Vandoorhees and Bill Wedephal; and
(2) granting summary judgment in favor of Croell Redi-Mix, Inc. and
dismissing this case.
