In response to this court’s order dated March 4, 2014, dkt. #53, plaintiffs have
agreed to withdraw their motion for a preliminary injunction in favor of an expedited
schedule. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that plaintiffs’ motion for a preliminary injunction,
dkt. #27, is DENIED as moot, and the hearing scheduled for March 27, 2014 is canceled.
A telephone scheduling conference will be held by Magistrate Judge Stephen Crocker on
March 18, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. Counsel for plaintiffs are responsible for setting up the call
to chambers at [phone].
