This action came before the court for consideration with District Judge William M. Conley
presiding. The issues have been considered and a decision has been rendered.

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that final judgment is entered in favor of defendants
Malcolm D. Peacock, Marilyn Peacock, B. Holdings, Inc. and E. Holdings, LLC against plaintiff
Betco Corporation, Ltd. finding no violation the duty of good faith and fair dealing and dismissing
this case.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUGED that judgment is entered awarding
defendants attorney fees in the amount of $757,752.65.
