IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE WESTERN DISTRICT OF WISCONSIN JEREMY ENGELKING, Plaintiff, JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL CASE 14-cv-314-jdp v. LABOR AND INDUSTRY REVIEW COMMISSION, EAU CLAIRE HEARING OFFICE, STATE OF WISCONSIN DEPARTMENT OF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT, AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT, and, UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF LABOR, Defendants. This action came for consideration before the court with District Judge James D. Peterson presiding. The issues have been considered and a decision has been rendered.
