Plaintiff Iftikhar Ahmed Memon has filed a notice of appeal from the court’s March
25, 2016, order. To date, however, plaintiff has not paid the $505 appellate docketing fee
nor has plaintiff requested leave to proceed without prepayment of the fee. If plaintiff wishes
to proceed without prepayment of the fee, plaintiff will be required to complete the enclosed
petition and affidavit to determine whether plaintiff qualifies as indigent.
ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that plaintiff Iftikhar Ahmed Memon may have until May 4, 2016,
to either (1) pay the $505 appellate docketing fee; or (2) submit a completed affidavit of
indigency. Failure to comply as directed may result in the dismissal of this appeal.
