defendants:
(1) dismissing Keisha Perrnoud and Ryan Blount from this case;
(2) granting summary judgment in favor of Phillip Hoechst, Meredith Mashak,
Lucas Wogernese, Cindy O’Donnell and Charles Facktor and dismissing this case.
