This action came before the court and a jury for consideration with District Judge William M. Conley presiding. The issues have been tried and the jury has rendered its verdict. IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is entered in favor of plaintiff Amy Lee Sullivan, d/b/a Design IGt, against defendant Flora, Inc., awarding plaintiff statutory damages for copyright infringement in the amount of $3,600,000.00 and compensatory damages for unjust enrichment in the amount of$350,000.00.
