defendants Andrea Nelson, Lesley Baird (Chapin), Brian Neumaier, Jeremiah Millard,
Andrew Howell and Jonathan Vetter, granting their motion for summary judgment
and dismissing this case without prejudice for plaintiff’s failure to exhaust his
administrative remedies.
