Walker in Case No. 3:16-cv-381-wmc, who is dismissed with prejudice. The clerk's
office will prepare summons and the U.S. Marshal Service shall affect service upon
defendants consistent with this order.
Plaintiff's Motion for Subpoena (Case No. 3:16-cv-381-wmc, dkt. #16) is DENIED.
