This action came for consideration before the court with District Judge
Barbara B. Crabb presiding. The issues have been considered and a decision has been
rendered.
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is entered granting the
petition of David Pearce for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241. Effective
immediately, petitioner will be released from custody subject to the terms
and conditions of his supervised release set forth in United States v. Pearce, Case No.
06 CR 50031, dkt. #31, at 4 (N.D. III. April 27, 2007).
