IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is entered in favor of
defendants Jeff B. Sessions, James McCament, and Kenneth S. Madsen against
plaintiff Arjun Dhakal dismissing this case without prejudice for lack of subject
matter jurisdiction.
