R. Civ. P. 8. On October 8, 2017, I gave plaintiff an extension of time and advised him that if he failed to file an amended complaint by October 20,2017, I would dismiss his case. To date, plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint or otherwise responded to the court’s October 12 order. Accordingly, this case will be dismissed. ORDER IT IS ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED for plaintiff Michael Scott’s failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
