Ordered that defendants shall be and are permanently enjoined from using the trademark, Unker's, and all variants thereof, from the date of this orde r. Ordered that the plaintiffs shall recover of defendants the sum of $164,229.00, an award of a portion of defendants' profits, for the prevention of unjust enrichment and deterrence of willful infringement.
