OPINION and ORDER by the Honorable Alan B Johnson granting in part and denying in part Defendants' 26 Motion for Summary Judgment. It is granted in regard to the Plaintiffs' claims for negligent hiring, training and supervising of bus drivers and negligent entrustment of vehicles to bus drivers. It is further ordered that defendants' motion shall be and hereby is denied with regard to the remainder of Plaintiff's claims not specifically identified above.(Court Staff, sth)
