1. I am a law professor at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California.
2. I am applying for admission pro hac vice to the Second Circuit.
3. I make this motion because I intend to file an amicus brief in the above case in support of
intervenor National Federation of the Blind.
4. I have no plans and do not intend to practice in the Second Circuit in the next year beyond this
case.
5. I am a member of the California Bar. I am admitted to practice in the United States Courts of
Appeal for the Eighth and Ninth Circuits.
