The district court also certified that an appeal would not be taken in good faith. See 29 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3). Gueye has filed a motion in this court seeking leave to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal. See Fed. R. App. P. 24(a)(5). Upon consideration, the motion is denied.
