ORDER

Amar Gueye, a pro se Ohio resident, appeals a district court order dismissing his complaint filed under unspecified law, claiming violations of his constitutional rights under the First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Ninth and Fourteenth Amendments. The district court also certified that an appeal would not be taken in good faith. See 29 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3). Gueye has filed a motion in this court seeking leave to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal. See Fed. R. App. P. 24(a)(5). Upon consideration, the motion is denied. Gueye is directed to pay the $455 appellate filing fee within 30 days of the entry date of this order or his appeal will be dismissed for want of prosecution. ENTERED BY ORDER OF THE COURT
