OPINION: the district court erred when it determined that Stechly was entitled to summary judgment on the excessive-force claim. Accordingly, we REVERSE this ruling and REMAND for further proceedings on that claim. In all other respects, we AFFIRM, decision not for publication. Damon J. Keith, Circuit Judge; Eugene E.
