OPINION filed: We AFFIRM the dismissal of Slorp s FDCPA, CSPA, falsification, and civil conspiracy claims. But we REVERSE the district court s denial of the motion for leave to amend the complaint and REMAND this action to the district court to permit Slorp to pursue the RICO claim.
