OPINION filed : The district court s grant of summary judgment to Defendants on Lane s post-deprivation due process claim and his Ohio defamation claim are AFFIRMED, the award of summary judgment to Defendants on Lane s pre-termination due process claim is REVERSED, and the case is REMANDED for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
