OPINION filed: We AFFIRM the district court s grant of Pagano s motion for summary judgment on the claim of breach of contract, fraudulent conveyance, and civil conspiracy to commit a fraudulent conveyance, as well as the district court s denial of CNH s motion for summary judgment on the claims of conversion and fraudulent conveyance.
