OPINION and JUDGMENT filed: The petition for a writ of mandamus [5108564-2] filed by Syncora Guarantee Inc. and Syncora Capital Assurance Inc. is GRANTED. To allow this court to rule on this matter in a timely fashion, the district court is directed to adjudicate Syncora s appeal no later than July 14, 2014. If the losing party wishes to obtain review of the district court s decision in this court, that party should promptly file its notice of appeal preferably within three days of the district court s decision.
