OPINION and JUDGMENT filed : The liability findings on the breach of contract and tortious interference claims are AFFIRMED, the liability findings on the trade secrets claim, the Lanham Act claims, and the conversion claim are REVERSED, the liability finding on the breach of warranties claim, the awards of compensatory damages, punitive damages, attorneys fees, and injunctive relief are VACATED, and the case is REMANDED to the district court for further proceedings consistent with the opinion of this court.
