OPINION filed: We uphold the district court s judgment, including Lara s sentence of 60 months incarceration, but withhold any opinion as to the forfeiture order pending a decision by the Supreme Court in Honeycutt. No mandate will issue at this time, and Lara s appeal will be HELD IN ABEYANCE until after the Supreme Court s ruling in Honeycutt. Decision not for publication. John M. Rogers, Jeffrey S.
