VidAngel provides a filtering service that is important to many families and lawful in accordance with the Family
Movie Act of 2005. Plaintiffs challenged VidAngel's service as unlawful under multiple provisions of Title 17 of
the U.S. Code.

Briefly describe the result below and the main issues on appeal.
The district court granted Plaintiffs' motion for a preliminary injunction.

Describe any proceedings remaining below or any related proceedings in other tribunals.
On Monday, December 19, 2016 a hearing is scheduled to address Plaintiffs' motion to dismiss VidAngel's antitrust
counterclaims.
