Pursuant to Interim Circuit Rule 27-13(e), Defendant-Appellant VidAngel,
Inc. (“VidAngel”) hereby moves to seal portions of the contemporaneously filed
Appellant’s Opening Brief (the “Brief”), as well as Volume V of the contemporaneously filed Excerpts of Record.
The text of the Brief references confidential business information that was
produced in the district court by the parties, but ordered sealed below. VidAngel has
filed an unredacted version of the Brief under seal provisionally. VidAngel submits
as an exhibit to this Motion a redacted version of the Brief that it proposes be made
publicly available. The redacted version conceals a handful of references to
confidential business information that was ordered sealed below.

Similarly, Excerpts of Record, Volume V, contains confidential business
information that was produced in the district court by the parties, but ordered sealed
below. Pursuant to Interim Circuit Rule 27-13(e), the docket entries sought to remain
sealed have been submitted as a separate volume.
VidAngel accordingly requests that the unredacted Brief and sealed portions
of the Excerpts of Record be maintained as sealed documents and that the redacted
Brief attached as an exhibit be made publicly available.
