Company's 155 MOTION for Summary Judgment; (2) judgment is entered in favor of defend ant John Hancock Life Insurance Company and against plaintiff Risoleta M. Kubek, with plaintiff Kubek taking nothing by her complaint; (3) defendant Verbie Curtis's 152 MOTION for Summary Judgment is granted; (4) Judgment is entered in favor o f defendant Curtis and against plaintiff Kubek, with plaintiff Kubek taking nothing by her complaint; further ORDERING that costs are taxed against plf Kubek, for which execution may issue; directing the clerk to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 FRCP; Defendants John Hancock Life Insurance Company and Curtis are terminated as parties. JUDGMENT
In accordance with the memorandum opinion entered
this date, it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the
court as follows:
(1) Defendant John Hancock Life Insurance Company’s
motion for summary judgment (Doc. No. 155) is granted.
(2) Judgment is entered in favor of defendant John
Hancock Life Insurance Company and against plaintiff
Risoleta M. Kubek, with plaintiff Kubek taking nothing by
her complaint.
(3) Defendant Verbie Curtis’s motion for summary
judgment (Doc. No. 152) is granted.
(4) Judgment is entered in favor of defendant Curtis
and against plaintiff Kubek, with plaintiff Kubek taking
nothing by her complaint.
It is further ORDERED that costs are taxed against
plaintiff Kubek, for which execution may issue.
The clerk of the court is DIRECTED to enter this
document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant
to Rule 58 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
Defendants John Hancock Life Insurance Company and
Curtis are terminated as parties.
