JUDGMENT: In accordance with the opinion entered on this date, it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court as follows: (1) Defendant City of Montgomery's 16 Motion for Summary Judgment is granted. (2) Judgment is entered in favor of def endant City of Montgomery and against plaintiff Robert Shuford, with plaintiff Shuford taking nothing by his complaint. It is further ORDERED that costs are taxed against plaintiff Shuford, for which execution may issue.
