JUDGMENT as follows: (1) The 23 Motion for Entry of Default Judgment plaintiff First Tuskegee Bank is granted as to defendants Alabama Department of Industrial Relations, Regions Bank, and American Home Assurance Company; (2) Judgment is entered in favor of plaintiff First Tuskegee Bank and against defendants Alabama Department of Industrial Relations, Regions Bank, and American Home Assurance Company; and (3) Plaintiff First Tuskegee Banks claimsagainst other defendants remain pending as furt her set out. It is further ORDERED that costs are taxed against defendants Alabama Department of Industrial Relations, Regions Bank, and American Home Assurance Company, forwhich execution may issue. Plaintiff First Tuskegee Bank's claims against other defendants remain pending. It is further ORDERED that costs are taxed against defendants Alabama Department of Industrial Relations, Regions Bank, and American Home Assurance Company, for which execution may issue.
