JUDGMENT: It is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court as follows: (1) Plaintiff's 73 Objections are overruled. (2) The United States Magistrate Judge's 72 Recommendation is adopted. (3) Defendants' motions for summary judgme nt (Doc. Nos. 49 and 54 ) are granted. (4) Judgment is entered in favor of defendants and against plaintiff, with plaintiff taking nothing by her complaint. It is further ORDERED that plaintiff's motions for summary judgment (doc. nos. 53 & 68 ) are denied. It is further ORDERED that defendants' 67 Motion to Strike is denied as moot. It is further ORDERED that costs are taxed against plaintiff, for which execution may issue. The clerk of the court is DIRECTED to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to FRCP 58. This case is closed. Signed by Honorable Judge Myron H. Thompson on 8/28/2012.
