JUDGMENT directing that, in accordance with the opinion entered this date, it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court that: (1) The defendants' motion for summary judgment (doc. no. 40 ) is granted as to all federal claims and denied as to all state claims; (2) Judgment is entered in favor of the defendants and against the plaintiff as to all federal claims, with the plaintiff taking nothing by her complaint as to her federal claims; (3) The plaintiff's state claims are dismi ssed without prejudice and with leave to refile in state court; further ORDERED that all other pending motions are denied as moot; further ORDERED that costs are taxed against the plaintiff, for which execution may issue; the clerk of the court is DI RECTED to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
