JUDGMENT: In accordance with the memorandum opinion entered today, it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court as follows: (1) Plf's 74 objections are overruled; (2) The United States Magistrate Judge's 73 recommendation is ad opted to the extent set forth in the opinion entered today; (3) Dfts' 20 , 21 , 32 , 39 & 52 motions for summary judgment are granted as to plf's federal claims, and are otherwise denied; (4) Judgment is entered in favor of dfts and against plf on plf's federal claims, with plf taking nothing by his complaint on those claims; (5) The court declines to exercise jurisdiction over plf's state-law claims, and they are dismissed without prejudice; further ORDERED that costs are taxed against plf as to the federal claims only, for which execution may issue; DIRECTING the to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 FRCP; This case is closed. (4) Judgment is entered in favor of defendants and against plaintiff on plaintiff’s federal claims, with plaintiff taking nothing by his complaint on those claims.
