MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER The court APPROVES and ADOPTS the proposed settlement (attached as Exhibit A) and STAYS this action pending the implementation of the settlement agreement. The parties shall keep the court informed as to whether defendant and its guarantor have made the payments contemplated in the agreement, and to notify the court when the final payment is made on or before December 31, 2014, at which time the action will be dismissed with prejudice with the parties to bear their own respective costs.
