MEMORANDUM OPINION - The court finds plaintiffs FLSA claims represent a bona fide dispute over FLSA provisions and the parties settlement is a fair and reasonable resolution of these bona fide disputes. Therefore, the parties second motion for settlement approval, (doc. 46), is GRANTED, and the settlement is APPROVED with the exception of the confidentiality provision, which is STRICKEN.
