(“Petitioner”), as owner of the M/V JAMIE H, has filed a Complaint, claiming the right to exoneration from or limitation of liability for all claims for any and all losses, damages, injuries, death or destruction arising out of the voyage on which the M/V JAMIE H was engaged on or about October 7, 2017, in the navigable waters of the United States adjacent and tributary to the Mobile River, at the Alabama Power Company’s Barry Steam Plant in Bucks, Mobile County, Alabama. All persons having such claims must file them as provided in Rule F of the Supplemental Rules for Certain Admiralty and Maritime Claims, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, with the Clerk of Court, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Alabama, Southern Division, 113 St. Joseph St., Mobile, Alabama, and serve on or mail to the attorneys for Petitioner, Brian P. McCarthy or William G. Chason, 11 North Water Street, Ste. 13290, Mobile, Alabama, copies thereof, on or before the 8th day of June, 2018, or be defaulted. Personal attendance is not required. Any claimant desiring to contest either the right of Petitioner to exoneration from or limitation of liability must file an Answer to said Complaint as required by the aforesaid Supplemental Rule F and serve on or mail to the Petitioner’s attorney, a copy, unless the claim has included an Answer.
