The Court finds that Plaintiffs have demonstrated that a preliminary injunction is appropriate in this matter. Accordingly, Plaintiffs motion is GRANTED and the Court ORDERS as follows: 1. Pending the hearing and determination of this Action and further Order of this Court; Dockets.Justia.com 2. Defendants, their officers, agents, servants, employees, and attorneys, and those persons in active concert or participation with them who receive actual notice of the injunction, are hereby enjoined from enforcing AS 11.61.128 or its predecessor provision.
